Our mission is to provide reliable moving and delivery services while supporting socially and economically disadvantage youths, in the communities that we serve. Up to 8% of our Profit from Boxes Delivered will go towards planning Birthday Celebrations and Fundraising Events to help support less fortunate youths, who might miss out on a Birthday Celebration do to unpredictable life hardships. We maintain good business relationships with local 501(c)(3) and (501(C)(6) Nonprofit organizations, Schools, and Churches in the North New Jersey and surrounding areas, in order to help support our mission.
Schedule A Donation Pick UP, get rid of home clutter and make a difference in your community. Decluttering your home and donating your unwanted household goods makes packing your home for moving both convenient and easy, It also feels great knowing that you can help those in your community just by giving away household goods you don’t need. Boxin Moving will load up your donations and deliver them to your selected local Non-Profit Organization, saving you the time and energy for completing other moving tasks, you simply have to pack and label the boxes, and your Boxin Moving Team will deliver your donations.
Step 1. GATHER HOUSEHOLD GOOD
Supporting your local non-profit by donating unwanted household goods. Donating unwanted goods is a great way to free up space and make your packing process easier. This will remove the hassle of having to move and dispose of your unwanted items, and it will feel great to know that your donations will help make a difference in the lives of others in your community.
Step 2. HOW TO PREPARE YOUR DONATION FOR PICK UP
Place your clothing in heavy duty garbage bags, and all heavy items in heavy duty boxes, please try not to overload the boxes, containers and bags, wrap fragile or any breakable items with wrapping paper, furniture must be clean and in fair working condition/without any damage, use color coded labels to label all containers, boxes and bags. Include “Boxing Moving Drive and package number on each package. Please note: Boxin Moving drivers will not pick up (including but not limited to): any perishable foods, dangerous goods, illegal items or weapons of any kind, sharp objects, exercise equipment, appliances, bed frames, mattresses, box springs, electronic devices and any packages that are not labeled or labeled properly.
Step 3. HOW TO SCHEDULE A DONATION PICK UP
Use our online Schedule A Donation Form to schedule your local donation pick up, Once we’ve received your donation pick request including your selected organization(s), we will call you to confirm, once approved, we will arrange for one of our drivers to pick up your belongings. After dropping off your donation, we will email you a copy of the receipt from the organization for your tax deduction. Please note: Donation pick Ups are based upon availability.
Step 4. DONATION PICKUP TIME
Please, have your household goods wrapped properly and ready for pick up by 11 a.m EST, on your selected schedule pick up day. Your driver will pick up your donation between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. EST, Monday- Saturday.
