MOVING SUPPLIES TERMS AND CONDITIONS 
In the notes section of your delivery form, please provide the full name, email and best telephone number of the inividual who will be accepting the package/delivery on the scheduled date/time and location, The individual accepting this package must be available to accept delivery. The package/delivery will be returned back to the original company/shipper, if the individual authorized to accept the delivery is unavailable on the scheduled delivery date/time window for any reasons, additional charges will apply for re-delivery of any packages. You must indicate the exact full address, including any property access code/instructions, house or apartment number, full name of the authorized individual responsible to accept delivery, If you provide the wrong address, additional charges will apply for any re-delivery, based on company availability.
Payments and deposits: Full  payment is due  prior to delivering any packages or moving supplies. 50% of any payments/deposits will be refunded, if an order is canceled within 2 hours, from the date and time of initial payment. Payment is not refundable for any cancellations compted 2 hours after processing any payments for delivery.  
Boxin Moving and its service providers are not responsible for any loss, damage or stolen items/deliveries after accepting delivery, or after any  customers requested to have any packages deliverd without an authorized individual present to sign and accept delivery. The Customer holds Boxin Moving and Contractors/Agents from any chargebacks if the Customer request to deliver items without an authorized present to sign/accept delivery.

Delivery Date/Time: If you choose delivery, please ensure that the receiver is available to accept delivery on the estimated Day/time window: 11.00 AM - 2.00 PM, 4.00 PM - 7.00 PM Monday- Saturday. 
Cancelations: We may cancel your order for failure to comply with the terms and conditions of this contract or for any reasons, proceed by a refund within 40 days, from the canceled date/time. Boxn Moving is not responsible for any damages or loss that you and/or your guests may suffered.
